Beyond The Limited provides marketing, sales, recruitment, booking management, customer support and other business services. We may also manage bookings and payments for selected services provided by independent service providers.
1. Our Services
Beyond The Limited provides marketing, sales, recruitment, booking management, customer support and other business services.
For selected programmes and services, Beyond The Limited may also manage sales, bookings, payments and customer administration in collaboration with independent service providers and business partners.
The role of Beyond The Limited may vary depending on the service or programme concerned.
2. Independent Service Providers
Certain services booked through Beyond The Limited may be provided wholly or partly by independent third-party service providers.
Such services are subject to the applicable terms and policies of the relevant service provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
Beyond The Limited may accept and process payments in connection with services and programmes managed or sold by us.
Where payment is made to Beyond The Limited, we are responsible for administering that payment and the corresponding booking within the scope of our role.
4. Prices and Charges
Applicable prices, currencies and charges will be displayed or communicated before payment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the total amount and applicable payment terms before completing their purchase.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions may vary depending on the service or programme.
Where a service is provided by an independent service provider, the applicable cancellation, amendment and refund conditions may be determined by that provider's own terms and policies.
Where Beyond The Limited receives a customer's payment, Beyond The Limited may administer any applicable refund or adjustment in accordance with the terms governing the relevant booking.
6. Third-Party Services
Beyond The Limited is not the operator or provider of services delivered by independent third parties.
Responsibility for the provision, operation and performance of such services rests with the relevant service provider and is governed by the agreement and terms applicable between the customer and that provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond The Limited accepts no responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with the provision, non-provision, performance, acts, omissions or decisions of any independent service provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability of Beyond The Limited that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information required for their booking, transaction or participation.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing and complying with any requirements, policies, terms or conditions communicated by the relevant service provider.
Beyond The Limited will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a customer or failure to comply with applicable third-party requirements, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Information About Third-Party Services
Information concerning services provided by independent service providers may be supplied to Beyond The Limited by those providers.
While we may assist in communicating such information to customers, the relevant service provider remains responsible for the accuracy, availability and delivery of its services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond The Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or claim arising from matters outside the scope of services directly undertaken by Beyond The Limited.
Beyond The Limited will not be responsible for the acts, omissions, performance or failure of any independent service provider or other third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond The Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising in connection with the use of our services or any third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where necessary for a booking or service, relevant information may be shared with service providers, business partners, payment providers or other parties involved in processing or fulfilling the relevant transaction or service.
11. Additional Terms
Certain services or programmes may be subject to additional terms, policies, agreements or conditions provided by Beyond The Limited or an independent service provider.
Where applicable, such terms form part of the relevant booking or service arrangement.
In the event of any inconsistency, the terms specifically applicable to the relevant service will apply to that service.

Unless otherwise stated, content created and owned by Beyond The Limited, including website content, branding, text, graphics and other materials, may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks, branding and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions or services directly provided by Beyond The Limited will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a separate agreement governing a third-party service provides otherwise.
